It was late and we were rolling into town after a 12 hour drive. I was looking for a place to stay and my service wasn't great. I searched the hotel directly and thought I was at Hilton website and not a third party. I paid extra for breakfast and an upgraded room photos showed a view I was charged 145 for fees and tax the room was advertised for $215. I thought the extra was for incidentals, it was not. When I got to the hotel, they informed me it was a third party, no breakfast, no upgraded room. When we go to our room it smelled like a cat had been living in there. So disappointed. Paid $370 for $150 dollar stinky room. These third party sites are misleading. I will pay better attention moving forward.
