Property Description

Boutique Small Hotel B&B Guesthouse with 4 luxury 4.5 Star queen bedrooms, each with en suite and double spa bath. Large guest lounge room where both formal and informal meetings can be held comfortable able to cater for 20 or more people. Set in a pristine, secluded and peaceful forest yet only 5 minutes from a bustling town with many fine restaurants. Central to the Margaret River Wine Region and many world class wineries with fabulous restaurants only 5-10 minutes away.Beautiful grounds with lawns and outdoor seating areas surrounded by forest.Extensive continental breakfast included and WiFi is free.

Green Sustainability

Our water supply is rain water, we have a 5KVA Solar System and use LED and CFC lighting, we recycle water and have our own herb, vege and fruit garden as well as our own hens.
