They gave us a room that wasn't cleaned, gave us another room and the toilet seat was falling off, ran out of food at the breakfast,have been a rewards member for awhile and nobody ever told me what is involved, we really like your hotels, we even stop in hillsvile va on our trip to NC, never had a problem until this stay.
