The staff were some of the friendliest staff I've experienced and I've stayed in a lot of hotels in my time. I only complaint was the bed was so hard my back was killing me in the morning. Pillows were GREAT!

We greatly enjoyed our visit to the Comfort Inn & Suites in Springfield I-55. The Hotel staff was very polite and helpful. Our room was immaculate. The hotel seemed to be very organized. Food was great and the coffee stand in the lobby was always offering hot coffee and lemon water. Just lovely!
