I was on a business trip and my computer decided to nuke itself. I asked the front desk if they could help me print out some files that I needed. The woman at the front desk was so nice and helped me print out the files I needed. 10/10 service, mainly because they had a business center computer in the corner but she said if I emailed it to her she could print it out. The breakfast is free, the food was really good. They had breakfast sandwiches and quiche that was amazing. Overall great hotel and great area, a lot of food options around.

My family stayed here and it was a pleasant experience. The pool and hot tub were awesome. It wasn't too crowded. We all slept comfortably and breakfast was good. I don't have any complaints at all about this hotel and I will be staying again in the future.

Cleaning Policies
The SpringHill Suites in Solon conducts the following cleaning procedures: All public bathrooms and surfaces in the lobby area are cleaned 3 times a day. The guest check-in experience is separated by glass. Our breakfast is being provided to-go. All staff are wearing masks in public areas and daily temperature logs are being taken per shift. The hotel is limiting human interaction by not providing stay over cleaning by housekeeping. Any type of housekeeping services are only being provided by request and limited to providing new bedding, towels, etc. Rooms are being thoroughly stripped, sterilized and cleaned in between stays. Every surface and item in a room is being cleaned. We are giving rooms a 24 hour wait period before cleaning to reduce any type of interaction of the previous guests stay.
