Unit in the room had a broken dial. We learned this the hard way after getting it stuck on A/C upon arrival. Between that and the words thinnest blankets, we did not sleep well at all. Will not return.

Bookonline.com is a scam and will overcharge you and slip in "Reservation insurance" from Protecht, Inc. that will not cover anything in the end. Booked Fri Sun, but the reservation came up through Mon (extra day). W/in minutes, called to have corrected, but the lady said the only way was to cancel the existing res and rebook. After cancelling, as she said, now the only room available was an upgrade (booked a single King, non smoking; had to go with a Double king, non smoking). She said she would submit the refund for me. Not only did they charge me an additional night, but they booked me into a single king, smoking, which if you don't smoke is very uncomfortable. Requested this to be fixed at the front desk and the receptionist refused to help, saying they are completely booked. Because of the a/c, the room was covered in ash the whole time, so it got all over clothes, the bed, etc. The "reservation insurance" refused to cover the additional night because " had processed the refund outside of our conditional protection." They said to reach out to "[email protected]" directly, which never responded. Spoke with another group at the hotel who had the exact same thing happen, so this wasn't an isolated experience.

Reserved a double bed but ended up with one bed. So had to sleep on floor. Staff was unwilling and very rude upon my complaint. Had a very bad experience for the first time there.
