This is an aging casino hotel with a beautiful facade but relatively small rooms and poorly functioning elevators. At peak check in time there was one working elevator and people were lining up in the hallway in the lobby to catch it. They eventually got a second one to work but it was not reliably stopping on the appropriate floor and so was shut back down. I was told at check in there would be an $18+ charge kept from the credit card I was required to put down for incidentals that would neither be available to use for room amenities or refunded. This is after paying $254 for the one night in a standard room. Doubt I'll stay there again.
