I have stayed at some of the best hotels in many cities and countries. My stay at the Holiday Inn & Suites on John Nolen Dr in Madison, WI was an excellent experience. The room was clean and updated, comfortable. The amenities were above standard but the STAFF, Alex and the team there made the complete trip memorable. They were totally connected to the customer and their needs. If I make a destination trip soon, it will be to "my team" in Madison.
