The 145 acre Peoria Sports Complex, located in Peoria, Arizona, is the spring training home of the Seattle Mariners and San Diego Padres. It was actually the first complex in the United States to share two Major League Baseball teams. The Peoria Sports Complex includes the main stadium, 12 full size practice fields, 4 half fields and 30 practice mound galleries. The main stadium is lighted and features 11,000 seats, 8 luxury suites, full concessions and a visiting team clubhouse. The team clubhouses are each 40,000 square feet, and they include over 400 lockers in addition to fitness and training amenities. The Peoria Sports Complex has two huge separate parking lots that can accommodate 2,800 vehicles.
