Property Description
Situated in central Liverpool, the Signature Living Hotel features a bar, restaurant, and an exclusive nightclub. With a 24-hour concierge service and free Wi-Fi, the hotel is adjacent to Liverpool's lively Matthew Street.
Guests can enjoy breakfast in the bar in the mornings. The bar also serves bar food from 17:00 daily, along with an array of delicious cocktails, spirits, and champagne.
Featuring 300 year old ceiling beams, this period building offers stylish rooms with an iPod docking station, a flat-screen LCD TV, and free movies. The en suite bathrooms have spa baths. Some rooms sleep up to 20 guests and have PS3 consoles.
Situated on 56-58 Stanley Street, the Signature Hotel has on-the-doorstep access to Liverpool's famous Matthew Street night club scene. It is also a stones throw from Liverpool's new Billion pound shopping centre, you will even find facing our front doors, the Met Quarter which houses such retailers as Giorgio Armani, Diesel and Hugo Boss.

56-58 Stanley Street stands in Liverpool's Matthew Street area. The building was erected back in 1884 and was originally used as a tea warehouse; it was later converted for use as a print works and in use until 1965. Since then, it has had a variety of uses the lower floor became a focal point for Liverpool's Punk and new wave scene. The 1st floor housed acclaimed local band OMD's recording studio in the early 80's. Today it has had a £5 Million restoration to it's former glory which will offers an exciting hotel.
Each floor has it's own distinctive identity but the philosophy has been the same throughout the building. Original elegance has been restored and preserved; the unique 300-year old American beams have been exposed to highlight this fantastic period building. High quality materials have been used throughout to create spaces that are very contemporary and extremely comfortable.
We offer accommodation for singles, couples and groups up to 30 people. We have it all at Signature Living.
