I've traveled stayed at hotels down the shore and other states but what I experienced from this hotel was by far the worst I ever would want experience in my life. From the first day that we checked into our first room with our luggages me checked in, everything seemed normal. We went to our first room. The key fob wouldn't work so I had all my luggages. I have my husband that's in not so good health since he had a stroke. I had to leave him standing at the room. I had to go back downstairs to the front desk and wait for a maintenance person to let us in. We settled into the room while the maintenance guy worked on our door for quite a bit and while I was unpacking and putting everything into place we were advised that the door was not going to work and they could not fix it. So I had a repack after two hours waiting there with the maintenance person and move to a second room. So we took my two carry ons my personal bag. Packed up again with the carriage and moved to another room. We moved to the second room where I can smell the mold. It was very damp and one thing this hotel was was really damp. I sat on the bed sat on the seat and I can feel everything was moist and damp. My thought by turning the air conditioner on it will dry out but it made it worse through the night. The sheets were so moist that my legs were cramping because they were so cold now and damp. You can feel them wet so we had to go to the front desk on the first night and then get moved already. This is our second room and move to a third room. The next night the next room on the same floor was quite damp. The ceilings were black and I can still smell the mold. By that time. Now we're being moved to a fourth room and we were giving a suite on a top floor now. This is are fourth room. #4. So since staying for three nights already we are on our fourth room. The night before we checked out was the wedding that we are attending. We came back to the hotel at 11:30 when we went to open our rooms. The key fob once more got deactivated. We tried both of our key fobs and could not get into our room. I have my husband standing there with his walker. I had to go back downstairs to the front desk and there was nobody there for about 25 minutes I waited in the front desk while my husband stayed upstairs by the room waiting. I was told that our key fobs got deactivated so we got new key fobs to finally get in 30 minutes later. Now after this experience many people will say we should have left. We should have and in those four days from the beginning we were lied to because they also told us the pool was there. We didn't get to enjoy any of the nice weather cuz the pool was out of order and they did not mention that when we reserved the hotel the pool has been out of order for quite some bit which that's misrepresentation of the hotel because they say that they have a pool. Beware of this hotel as a trap. And I don't give bad reviews. The only thing I can say that the staff was very accommodating. They understood and what I was going through and they tried it the best they could but they know that they were in a bad situation with the hotel.

check in was organized and the desk person courteous and professional. The room was clean and updated. Location was excellent near all kinds of shopping eating. Walking distance to Walmart. I would stay here again.
