Our room had some renovations completed. The staff was wonderful. Very willing to help, very pleasant, every request I had was answered quickly. We were there as part of a team and they treated our team very well by allowing us a place together. It's a two floor hotel, very well located to restaurants and the 401.

Stayed for a team ringette tournament. Every single encounter with employees was exceptional customer service. Very friendly, eager to please staff. Love that the rooms had two fridges and no carpets. Comfy beds and pillows. Clean. Recommend!
