I cannot say enough about the wonderful night general manager who turned a bad situation into a perfect night for us. Somehow we ended up at the wrong Marriott TownePlace in Rochester. But he did everything to make up for my error and was the most kind, caring person I have ever encountered at a hotel. I am in the airline business and have stayed at hotels weekly for 40 plus years and I have never been as impressed with someone as I was with this fine young man. Be sure to give him a pat on the back! Best customer service ever!
