Very obvious that people were smoking in the hotel rooms, the entire floor wreaked of second hand smoke, quite awful. We asked for our room to get made up and it took them three hours and by that time we already were in the room, so it was not made up. The breakfast was lackluster, the hashbrowns were overcooked and the options were limited.

This hotel was one of the best we have ever been to. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the breakfast was amazing. The cloth linens and real plates were a great addition to our stay in the breakfast room. Your staff was friendly and helpful.
