Everything we planned to do in Savannah was within a short walk of the inn. We reserved a king room with a river view. The online photos/description were a true representation; it was as lovely as it looked on the website. The public spaces have a real wow factor and you'll be snapping photos. We chose to self park, which was easy and convenient, right across the street. Countless food/beverage choices up and down the river walk and plenty to do and see nearby. Historical and beautiful. Highly recommend.

We had this hotel booked six months in advance for my daughter's wedding. I had spoken to them several times regarding our need for a handicap equipped room for my mother. I received confirmation from them that all was set. The day before our check in, we stopped by just to make sure all was well with our reservations. It wasn't until then, that we found out rooms were cancelled due to air conditioner being out in our section of the building. No call, nothing! So, holiday weekend we are out desperately searching for accommodations. No help from them at all. Yes, we got our money back eventually. However, we received nothing else. We ended up having to pay double the rate at a different hotel. We were not compensated at all.
