Hotel customer service needs major help! Front desk Manager, Theresa, was horrible. We were not aware of hotel policy on housekeeping or laundry; we were not informed of this policy before booking OR at checking by ANY STAFF ; And how we found out was by this rude Manager. She explained, with sarcasm, no additional towels were available on request and our room had not come up for cleaning yet; only after 24 hrs checking would we get housekeeping. Upon checkout, the same sor face front desk manager, Theresa, didn't even bother to thank us for staying OR asked how was our stay. Just saying. Very disappointed with this being a Marroitt franchise. We paid over $200 a night and to receive this kind of treatment is not acceptable. The Hotel Manager could not be reached via phone or in person. Think twice before booking at this facility. Oh, breakfast was kinda pitiful; they ran out of some breakfast items, bacon, yogurt, eggs. Hotel did not provide coffee or hot water after 5pm, as told to us by checking clerk. Whew! Need major help; this hotel has great potential, but it will require assistance from Manager and staff to listen to customers and review suggestions and comments.

From the ice water station and hot chocolate to the welcome bags with a bottle of water and a snack to the quiet, dark room and the cozy, comfortable beds to the delicious breakfast, this hotel at $154 per night beat the pants off our $389 per night hotel in south Florida. We would make plans around being able to stay here overnight in the future. The entire facility was spotlessly clean and the staff was as pleasant as could be. Great Job!
