Gran Hotel Gervasoni, esta ubicado en el Paseo Gervasoni Nº1, Cerro Concepción, Valparaíso – Chile, uno de los cerros mas emblemáticos ( Antiguo Fuerte Militar - 1850) y llamado también, el "CERRO DEL ARTE", como hoy se le conoce y dentro de la zona típica y patrimonial del Gran Valparaíso, a pasos del funicular mas antiguo de Valparaiso y del Museo de Lukas.
El Hotel cuenta con 15 Habitaciones, alajadas a la usanza de la época, todas con baño privado, amenities, secador de pelo, TV Cable, alfombradas, caja fuerte, WI-FI GRATIS, camaras de Seguridad,detector de humo, aire acondicionado en algunas habitaciones.
Adicionalmente el Hotel cuenta con 2 terrazas, una de ellas Panorámica con Vista Mar y la otra con un quincho ( Barbecue) para asados y eventos de empresas y matrimonios.
Tambien cuenta con una CAVA DE VINOS, de estilo medieval, con los mejores vinos chilenos y extranjeros, donde su carta de Vinos fue premiada por la prestigiosa Revista norteamericana WINE SPECTATOR el año 2010.
El desayuno del hotel es Americano / A la carta de 8:30 a 10:30 am y el check in: 15:00hrs a 22:00hrs y Check out: 12:00hrs.
Esta cosana es la más antigua del Cerro Concepción de 1870 y su inaguración como hotel fue el 31 de Diciembre 2006, donde estuvo 3 años y medio en restauración con todas las exigencias de Patrimonio, Consejo de Monumentos.
Cabe destacar que muchos personas de renombre Nacional e Internacional se han quedado alojando como la Ex-Candidata a la Presidencia de Francia Segoléne Royal, Grupos Musicales y empresarios de renombre y ex presidentes que nos han venido a visitar como el Ex- Presidente Ricardo Lagos de Chile.
