The staff was very friendly and attentive. The food service crew was on top of everything despite the big crowd for breakfast. Loved the privacy of the outdoor pool and the quietness in and out despite being in the midst of a busy part of the city and across from the bus station which was also convenient since three different bus lines through town were free. The parking garage behind was also great. This inner city stay smashed all my negative expectations and delivered a most positive experience. We would definitely stay here again.
