The hotel is located in a great location right near the downtown core. The suites are quite spacious and the layout made it quiet. Clean overall but they desperately need to clean the shower heads, the carpets could use a steam clean as well.

The staff were all very helpful,the breakfasts were super and the location was excellent for going to visit my sister in Halifax Infirmary and for enjoying walking on the citadel hill and through the lovely Victorian era park a few blocks away between the hotel and the hospital. I liked having the little refrigerator, water boiler and microwave for simple meals so I could spend more time with my sister. The bed was very comfortable and all the plumbing was in order. I like having the iron and ironing board available for travel wrinkles. My only concern was that the pillows were so thick and dense that I really couldn't use them for sleeping. Must have been good for propping up in bed for TV watching!
