They must've recently renovated this place. There are a lot of older features like the bath towels having white monogram letters on it and the bathroom tiles are black circles. The grounds were well maintained, the entry was posh and the room definitely had modern furnishings.

Twice a year, we visit our son who lives in Sunapee. We have stayed at the Bluebird inn the last several times. We love the atmosphere and the rooms have been comfortable. The lobby is a great place for us to visit with family!

Two weeks in a row (two separate visits) I've enjoyed my stay thanks to the comfort and design of the room, the way the hotel is designed and decorated and particularly the great team that's there (Diamond and Amanda, as well as the housekeeping team).

We had an issue that was promptly resolved by the front desk staff. We greatly appreciated their dedication to their customers. The beds were very comfortable and we had a good stay. We'll come back to the Bluebird Sunapee when we are in the area again.

Really enjoyed every aspect of the stay. The decor and comfort of the lodge style living room where you enter, to the design and functionality of the guest room/bathroom, to the staff (front desk administration, housekeeping, etc.). Great place, will be back!
