Hotel was fine. Went to check in as I used Venngo to book. When I booked in the room for me and my family was a single queen. I requested and booked two doubles and not king, as I had a choice. After arguing for a bit I showed her my confirmation email and then got a queen and pull out. Not ideal but better than one bed for three of us. I ran into a few others from the USA outside who had same problems.
