We did not actually stay at this hotel because they neglected to book a pet friendly room (which was clearly requested) for my booking. When we arrived we were informed that there was nothing they could do and that I could leave my dog in the car overnight in 30+ degree weather. They informed us that they were doing us a kindness by not charging us for the "cancellation" and were not helpful in offering suggestions for other pet friendly accommodation options in the city. If you are travelling with pets, do not book here because it sounded like this had happened before and the suggestion of leaving the dog in the car had been given previously.
