we call it Make a right green choice program this program implemented by iming to conserve the energy resources and the guests has an option to refusing house keeping services to participate in this program and will be rewarded by free beverage voucher as compliment. on arrival our team in front office will introduce this program to our guests and we have the procedures in door knob as well whereby the guest can hang it on the door. guest who will be staying more than 02 nights can participate in this program this participate in (( make a green Choice )) and be eligible for beverage voucher in the lounge and they can hang the (( make a right green choice )) signage at his room main door outside by 11.00 am or inform the reception or house keeping to know during check in if he / she interested to participate once guest participate this program the house keeping supervisor will drive the beverage voucher on the next day guests will be rewarded by one beverage voucher for every individual day and this can continually carry for 03 nights guest are not eligible to participate in this program on the departure day if the guest choose this program house keeping services will not be available for the day and this includes all room cleaning , bathroom , amenities . will not replenished if the guest is not interested in this program and still want to conserve water and energy can place conserve card on the bed and hang the used towels they want to reuse and the bed will be tide up but the towels will not be change by housekeeping
