The rooms did not have what we requested, which was mobility access. One in our parry is disabled and had to go 7 floors down ti the Lobby and could not use the shower so we checked out 7/27 and moved to a new hotel. I've submitted a claim with my CC company to reverse the charges.

The Embassy Suites by Hilton Walnut Creek is a beautiful property that is close to numerous activities. Your rate includes a full cooked to order breakfast each morning and a complimentary reception with an open bar and appetizers from 5:30-7:30 PM each evening. All rooms are 2 rooms suites with a living room and a separate room as the bedroom. All suites include a living room with a pull out sofa, table that seats 4, and large hi def flat screen TV. All suites also have a kitchenette with a refrigerator, cook top, and microwave. Brand new tile and granite has been placed in all bathrooms. The separate room (the bedroom area)also has another vanity with a sink, a hi def flat screen tv, plenty of storage for personal items, and luxurious, comfortable bedding. Our newly renovated atrium/lobby includes multiple seating areas where you can visit with others in a quiet, relaxing environment surrounded by lush plants, small waterfalls, and a koi fish pond. Our indoor heated pool, hot tub, and newly renovated fitness center offer fun for both adults and children as well as meeting your needs for physical fitness. Within just 5 miles, there are multiple golf courses, shopping of all levels from Nordstrom to Barnes & Noble, Movie Theaters, Fine and casual dining, plus much more. We also provide complimentary transportation within 5 miles of the hotel. We are also located right across the street from Public transportation (BART) which takes individuals directly into Oakland and San Francisco and also to and from both the Oakland and San Francisco International Airports. Whether you are traveling for business or leisure you will find our friendly and inviting staff, to be comfortable, and able to handle all your needs. As mentioned, we have an onsite indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, and business center. Meeting space with with and without windows, excellent food and beverage, and a friendly and efficient staff.
