My husband (67) and I (68) took our two granddaughters (2 and 3) for two nights 7/5 7/7/24. I did not know what to expect since I had never been before. I still can't believe how seamlessly this place handles the constant flow of customers, coming and going throughout the day and night. The staff were just wonderful. From the front desk, to the waitstaff at the restaurants, the sales clerks and everyone in between, we were treated kindly and with genuine care. The outdoor pool was lovely and the indoor water park was so much fun for the girls. I will say that we found EVERYTHING to be extraordinarily expensive. Yet it was crowded?! We spent about 1000 dollars for the two nights and $300 or so on food. The food packages didn't work for us because I won't eat $34.99 worth of food whether the kids eat free or not. We had Dunkin' bagels and breakfast sandwiches one morning and I brought cheerios, blueberries and milk for breakfast the next morning. A cheeseburger with fries and drink was $16. Kids burger with fries was $10. Nice dinner (make a reservation right away) at Fireside which was decent. We did not purchase the Pup Pass for $59.99 per kid. It didn't seem worth it. Who needs another Build A Bear, especially when you only get the bear and no clothing or accessories. The other things offered with the Pup Pass we purchased ourselves i.e. ice cream at the Wood's End Creamery, candy, video arcade card and spent much less than $60. The girls had a ball. If there is a next time I will search longer and harder for a code or coupon to offset the cost. Awoooooooo!
