when I got there the refrigerator was not cooling. I needed to ask for the do not disturb sign for the door. The hotel is older and some areas definitely needed repair or refresh. side door around back did not lock never needed room key.

Property Description
The Heritage Inn & Suites is a 3 star hotel located in Harvard, Illinois. The hotel provides complimentary continental breakfast daily from 6:00am-10:00am. Features include an indoor pool, sauna, and exercise room. Free Wi-Fi internet is available throughout the hotel. Guest rooms were remodeled in 2010 and are equipped with a hair dryer, iron, ironing board, alarm clock, coffee maker, desk, cable TV, a sink and vanity located outside of the bathroom, and premium curved shower curtain rods. All standard rooms have either one king bed or two double/full beds. Cots/Rollaway beds are available upon request for an additional $10.00 per night.
