1.We are conveniently located across from Penn Station which is the major hub of transportation. (cost savings) 2.Our guest rooms are oversized studios with gallery kitchens, Aveda products in the guest room, and a three- choice pillow menu. There are safes in room and high speed internet is available. Rooms are approx. 400 square feet. 3.Our lobby was just recently renovated. 4. Our ballroom was renovated.5.Ballroom has no pillars and you will be guaranteed the ballroom for the food functions in addition to the General Session. 6.Our Catering department will customize the menus to fit the needs of your attendees as we discussed. 7.We have a fitness center on site, business center8.
