We had some problems with our TV not connecting to our phone properly as well as other issues. These were handled so fantastically by the duty manager Bruno, we can't stress enough just how amazing they were in resolving our problem and making our stay excellent. I left a note on the booking to say it was my girlfriend's birthday, only with a hope of getting a TV at the end of the bed. However when we arrived in the room there was a selection of drinks and even a piece of cake and a birthday card. To summarise this hotel went above and beyond and we most definitely will be returning.
