Careys Manor, located in the heart of the New Forest is the ideal location for your conference or event. 77 luxurious bedrooms can be found at Careys Manor. Split between the two sections of the hotel, the bedrooms offer two different styles. Our Manor bedrooms, oozing with elegance and charm compliment the tradition of the Victorian Manor house. The newer part of the hotel houses a selection of more modern bedrooms. Situated in between Southampton and Bournemouth, Careys Manor has fantastic transportation links. Brockenhurst train station is a five minute drive from the hotel and the M27 is a convenient 15 minute car journey away. There are three restaurants to choose from at Careys Manor Hotel. Essentially British food with a French twist is on offer in the fine dining Manor Restaurant. For something a little more exotic, sample freshly prepared Thai cuisine in the Zen Garden Restaurant. Oozing with flavour and zing you will be transported to culinary heaven! Our third offering is Le Blaireau Bar & Bistro. Offering French delicacies, our informal bistro is the perfect place for a relaxed evening of excellent food and sumptuous wine.
