The check in agent was the same person who checked me out…she was very nice, friendly, courteous, professional and helpful…I appreciated that! The ice machine on the fourth floor had no ice Thursday evening and there is an unsightly stain in the carpet at te fourth floor elevator…you need to address this ASAP.
