With international experience and exceptional standards, the restaurant at drakes has succeeded in achieving several accolades, including the highest score of all Brighton restaurants in the 2015 Good Food Guide for the sixth consecutive year. Modern European menus are created with only the finest, seasonal ingredients and each dish is a delight to the palate. Specially selected Old and New World wines, as well as a few award winning local Sussex Wines are available from a comprehensive list. For that extra special touch, the Private Dining Room, complete with a dedicated waiter is available for parties of up to 12 guests.
