Short historyAt first, it has been just an idea : of building a hotel in the Banat region. Then, the location has been chosen : the city of Timisoara, a city with a very large development potential, favorable to any investment. The market research carried out has made the decision : such an investment was gainful. So, in year 2000, the works have started, and in April 2002 the hotel opened to its first clients. Its name was inspired by the football team Boavista Sport, where the owner, Ion Timofte, was playing football for many years.Located in a very active area, regarding the economical life of the city of Timisoara, near the Olimpia Sports Hall and across the Regional Business Center, Boavista Hotel welcomes its clients with services, offering the receipt for joining the utility with the pleasure.The hotel has a direct exit road to the main streets, it is located at 4 km from the main railroad station and at 15 km from the Timisoara International Airport, this distance being possible to be covered in the shortest time possible using the hotel's bus, circulating charge less for our clients.In the present, Boavista Hotel is one of the most appreciated hotels from Timisoara, due to its impeccable services offered to its clients, and is consisting of two building parts:-Main building, brought into service in year 2002 and by which the hotel started its activity, consisting of 51 rooms;- A new part of the building, which is functioning since March 2005, consisting of 12 luxury apartments.-The land where the hotel is placed has the surface of 7680 square mp.II. Services The main building has a capacity of 48 rooms, structured : 32 single rooms; 16 double rooms .The new of the building is consisting of 3 suites and 12 luxury apartaments, conceived and arranged esspecially for the clients who are living here for a longer period of time. The rooms and also the apartaments are modern, cozy, having the following utilities : color TV, cable, access to Internet, phone, mini-bar, air conditioning, hair dryer.Besides accomodation and restaurant, our clients also are the beneficiaries of the following services : laundry; rent-a-car; supervised parking; chargeless transport from/to the airport.Although initially the construction of a conference room was intended, later it has been taken the decision that this will not be oppourtune, considering the closeness with the CCIAT building. So, the conclusions of a contract with CCIAT was preferred, regarding the rental of a conference room whenever there are requirements from the clients.Constant clients are the beneficiaries of preferential tariffs, settled on a contract basis. Additionally, the regular clients are having the advantage of luxury apartments at single rooms tariffs.
