The hotel is a classic grand lady! I enjoyed having a large comfortable room with all the comforts of home. Philip who checked us in was an absolutely wonderful person. Full of information about the city, the history, the metro. He really took time to make us feel welcome and to help us on our journey. I liked him very much, without mentioning that would be incomplete. He's a gem.
