The hotel is good for a long stay, but also for a single night in Amsterdam. Within a stone's throw from the hotel you will find The 'Rijksmuseum', The Van Goghmuseum, the Amsterdam best-known Albert Cuypmarket, Theater Carré, The Heineken Brewery and De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB). The well-known entertainment-centers with nice bars and clubs, such as the Leidseplein and Rembrandtplein are less than 600 meters (10 minutes by foot) from our hotel. Also the pop centers Paradiso and Melkweg you will find within 600 Meters.Do you want to go to a concert in the Heineken Music Hall, a soccer game in the Amsterdam Arena or a congress in the Amsterdam RAI? Hotel Nicolaas Witsen is the ideal hotel to stay. There is a direct metro (underground) connection between our hotel and the Amsterdam Arena/HMH. Tram nr. 4 brings you from our hotel to the Amsterdam RAI within 10 minutes.The hotel has 28 rooms that can all be reached by elevator. All rooms are non-smoking. There is a hotel bar where you can relax and enjoy a drink after a busy day. In the morning from 7.15 to 10.30 you can enjoy our delicious breakfast buffet.
