We had a great stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Chattanooga. The room was nice but what made our visit outstanding was the outstanding hospitality and service of Jeff Carter who runs the hot breakfast and Deborah Dugger who greeted us at the front desk and was very helpful and hospitable as well. She gave us directions to our destination that saved us much trouble and time. Excellent and exceptional staff at this hotel! Gratefully, Dr. Joe and Jody Malone.
