The staff was pleasant and helpful. The hotel rooms have no coffee maker or microwave and no amenities other than basic soap and shampoo. There is no armchair only an upright chair and a stool. The air conditioning was either too cold or too warm without changing the settings and bows directly on a person sitting (on the stool) at the desk. The breakfast was also basic a bagel or cereal and a banana and apple with orange juice or apple juice.. There were three choices for hot drink coffee, decaf, hot water (3 choices of tea).

I would have to say this was honestly one of the best hotel visits I've had over many years of travel. Very clean (and I'm picky). From the moment I walked in to check-in, the scent was fresh and clean and the host at the desk welcomed us with a smile. Check in was fast and friendly. We were quickly upgraded. The staff has been attentive and kind. I'm very pleased all around. Really. I do a lot of homework before booking because I've seen a lot of misinformation about what a hotel really is when you get there. This one is a 100% in my book! Book it now!
