Musty room with poor ventilation, TV did not work, WiFi did not work and we were told “they're working on it “, very poor quality of food where the soup was mush and the “deluxe chili” was in the same pot when we got there and when we left, the waffle maker was broke during our entire stay. The popcorn machine in the lobby was always empty with burnt kernels left. It was not a pleasant stay and there was no compensation offered. Left us very dissatisfied compared to our stays previously.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights and we're totally disappointed. The web site pictures were nothing like the room. We called the inn direct to make the reservation and unknowingly were switched to Expedia for the reservation and was charged more than the room than we expected. No new towels or bed changes that is normal at most hotels. In my opinion they need a complete makeover. Would not stay here again.

Property Description
Guests who stay in one of our (132) rooms will be treated to a great night's sleep with our Reverie zero-gravity adjustable and massaging beds. All rooms are equipped with Vizio 50" 4K Smart TV's which includes free Wi-Fi as well as a mini-fridge and microwave. During your stay, enjoy complimentary light dining located in our cafe, daily from 6am to 10pm.
Our guests receive complimentary free daily casino vouchers as well as free shuttle service to the Odawa Casino. Great location, only 12 miles to Nubs Nob and Boyne Highlands Ski Resorts and 18 miles to the Emmet County Airport located in Pellston. Your safety is our priority, over 40 exterior cameras monitor and record the @Michigan Inn and Lodge. We have rooms that are pet friendly. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms, and allowed in designated areas only.
