I have never been a guest in a hotel that employs such a great staff. Every member we interacted with was professional while also making us feel like they had known us forever. They offered help with the rail system, dining and even attractions. Our room was clean and adequately serviced. I can't say enough about what a pleasurable stay we had! Please commend the staff. They were awesome ambassadors for your brand, without even realizing it.
