The rooms were spacious and comfortable, but what made this stay feel like home was the customer service. Paula and Mignon worked so hard, making sure we had exactly what we needed. The Canadian Bacon breakfast sandwiches were delicious. When I went upstairs to deliver breakfast to my husband they ran out. Mignon quickly made more just to make sure I got one. I don't remember the name of the young man working the desk Saturday evening, but he was amazing also. He made sure we had everything we needed to celebrate my grandson's 19th birthday. Every person: housekeeping, desk managers, maintenance and breakfast server went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Customer service at this hotel was the best I've seen anywhere.

Everything was terrific. The room the staff.. I never want to stay anywhere else but home2Suites. Need one in Va Beach. Very clean and safe.

Meeting space bright and cheery, windows and door exits to patio with plush outdoor seating and firepit.Hotel built with sustainable features, recycling program and china used instead of paper products. Breakfast is "Inspired" with healthy, delicious choices.
