The Resort can easily be reached by land or by air. By land it is a 2 hours drive from San Jose to the port of Puntarenas. Here you board the ferry to Paquera. Check the dolphins on your ride! From Paquera it takes you another 45 minutes to drive to Tango Mar. By air, you take a 25-minute flight from San Jose to Tambor Airstrip, located 6 km from the Resort. Amenities / Features

We recommend to arrive to Juan Santamaría International Airport in San José, the hotel is located 125 km from this main airport. You need to take the ferry boat from Puntarenas to Paquera Dock in order to cross the Golf and get to the hotel, it lasts 1 hour and 15 minutes. You can also take a domestic flight from San José to Tambor airstrip which is only 10 minutes away from the hotel, we provide the transfers from/to the local airport. Companies providin domestic flights are SANSA and Nature Air.
