It's the ideal solution for your stay at sea for short or long business trips.All the 65 double or twin rooms and 15 suites, including 10 for non-smokers, are furnished with good taste and equipped with everything you need to make your stay even more enjoyable: telephone, Free Internet (Wi-Fi and wired), television, air conditioning, safe-box, bathroom with shower cabin. Also, all rooms and suites are provided with fully equipped kitchens. The apartments are equipped with double beds in the bedroom and in the living room a couch with an extension of 2 seats.Common spaces and reception halls, as well as the building exterior are monitored permanently by a video surveillance system and access in rooms is based on chip card. Accommodation spaces are provided with fire alarm, with smoke and temperature sensors. Restaurant with 45 seats capacity. Conference room equiped with projector, display, flip-chart, audio & video system (mixer, microphone, speakers, dvd) ; 45 seats capacity. Laundry service.
