I had an unforgettable experience staying at the Carlyon Bay Hotel, St. Austell! The view from my room was breathtakingly beautiful! It is an absolute must if you are looking for a place to stay while visiting Cornwall. They have a resident pianist in the evening and what a talented musician he is! I totally enjoyed listening to him play and the Bay view restaurant is also a must! The food was divine! I will be a returning guest for the foreseeable future!
