Always a nice comfortable place to stay. Very handy to access other parts of the area such as Saratoga, Vermont and Massachusetts. The food is very good here especially breakfasts. Nice lounge area to unwind with a beverage or two. This is a unique hotel with its indoor village square used for large gatherings and nice setting to walk around when there are no gatherings going on.

We had a handicapped accessible room. Everything was set up for my husband to feel comfortable and safe. The people at the front desk were very accommodating and. The cleaning staff were courteous and kept our room clean. The restaurant staff were all very friendly and attentive.

Wow where do I start? The desk person was so incredibly rude to the folks in front of me, mind you they were elderly people and the desk person told them “well if you want a luggage cart, you are going to have to wait, or you can go out that way, take left and go!” In the most condescending way possible. I was appalled and thought to myself, “here we go!” I had booked a King bed and was given Queen. I let the desk person know. She said “well it's prepaid, it is what it is, there's nothing I can do, you get what you get” I booked a King and was given a Queen, so if anything the allocation is incorrect. But she didn't care and kept talking over me, as if my words did not matter and I had no idea what I was talking about. I came early as I have a work convention. I booked one day personal and five days on business! Never have I experienced such customer service! Unreal! Unfortunately it's 11:45pm when I arrived, but you will be damn sure to know that I am not staying the five days forward. I will be booking elsewhere. FYI I will also be ending the booking relationship between Crowne Plaza and my company. I'm sure you can afford to loose a client like us (feel free to look it up) we have over 350k employees worldwide.

We had a wonderful and very special time together with family who came and joined us for dinner and breakfast. We will do it again next year. They loved the closeness to Wolf Rd. and the shopping opportunities. I have not been inside the hotel for many, many years and was pleasantly surprised at the fabulous transformation. Our dining experience was excellent in every aspect. Delicious food, wonderful service. Couldn't ask for anything more!

We walked around inside, reminding us so of Williamsburg! It was so nice to stretch our legs after driving from Vermont. We enjoyed dinner and just so enjoyed the staff in the hotel, never had to ask for anything! We will be back!
