The check in and out process was a breeze. Lobby, dining area and rooms were very clean. I wipe down the room essentials when I arrive and the Clorox wipes were not dirty. Nice surprise! Continental breakfast was very good, well stocked and staff were super friendly!

-We have provided signs in the front desk area and all public areas that inform the guests of social distancing guidelines while staying in the hotel. -We have hand sanitizers at the front desk. -Some amenities such as the fitness center, swimming pool, etc. are currently closed for health and safety reasons. -During the check-in process, we inform the guests of the availability of housekeeping services and explain any applicable housekeeping limitations. -Our breakfast area is currently closed, but 'grab and go' style breakfast bags will be available at the front desk. -We use approved cleaners, sanitizers and disinfectants to clean, sanitize and disinfect surfaces in all areas of the hotel to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. -We also put the rooms to Out of Order for minimum 4 days after the guests check out so that the cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting steps can be properly applied to those rooms to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. -All staff wear masks. Housekeeping also uses gloves.
