Had to call to make a last minute reservation. Guy on the phone was going to charge me over 100 dollars more than a hotel booking service. I was able to negotiate a price, but still was more than online. Hotel has an elevator for the two luggage trollies thay have. Room was clean, cool and had appropriate amenities. Desk staff was helpful. Ended up paying what I originally would have paid online. But a hassle to get there.
