The Carriage Inn is a 48 room Victorian style hotel with a twist, offering an escape that salutes San Francisco's notables, both naughty and nice. Each room is dedicated to a local luminary, such as Mark Twain, Lili Coit, or Bill Graham. You will find a short bio of each person featured in your room on a vintage typewriter. Every room offers plush bathrobes, flat screen TV's, and iPod docking stations. You will find complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, a complimentary computer station with printer, complimentary morning coffee and muffins, and afternoon sherry. Travelers can read a book in our quiet outdoor seating area or take a dip in the sheltered hot tub.
