Wild Trails by Amaya provides unique accommodation in a luxury tent, camped in the borders of the Yala National Park which is the second largest wild life sanctuary in Sri Lanka. Wild Trails by Amaya is a 30-minute drive from Situlpauwa Monastery. Colombo City is 305 km from the property while Colombo International Airport is 335 km away. Spacious tents feature carpeted flooring, a sitting area and an outdoor terrace. Each offers an attached bathroom with free toiletries and a shower. Mosquito nets, pure drinking water and rechargeable lamps are also provided. Guests receive a free entrance ticket to Yala Wild Life Park. An experienced naturalist and ranger will be accompanied throughout your stay to make you experience the wild life better. The Park is famous for its leopard spottings and the wide variety of wild life ranging from bears to elephants to endemic species of birds. Safari/game drive tour packaged with a driver and tour guide along with packed lunch arrangements is inclusive in the rates.Guests can request for a unique dining experience or a nightly barbecue with campfires from the skilled onsite chef according to each guests dietary requirements. Mineral water, tea, coffee, local beer, wine and full board meals are also served in the comfort and privacy of guests' tents.
