The staff is helpful, polite. Delighted that the hotel offered a discount for a local event. We have stayed previously and recommended the Ayers to several friends. It is a delightful change from the chain hotels. The kitchen staff and room cleaners were exceptional. The Ayers gets my vote as a great hotel.
