I never stayed at this hotel and was charged 770.00 on my credit card manager refused to remove this charge what a poor hustler shame on you.

Everything was great except the A/C was off in our room when we got there. It didn't fully cool down until several hours later. It was one of the hottest weekends and instead of trying to save a dollar on the electric bill by leaving it off, they could have left it on 78 or something.
