When we arrived we opened screen door to find no balcony, just a small cement slab. We asked to be switched to a room with balcony and were told all rooms have the same slab as us. We know that was not true since we saw many rooms with balconies that were unoccupied. We didn't have time to dispute that since we were on our way to a party. Would never go back.
